Each player may hold only one hd4 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and balances pending review.
Withdrawals require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification including valid CNIC documentation. hd4 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for regulatory compliance purposes.
Any attempt to exploit platform errors, engage in bonus abuse, use automated betting tools, or manipulate game outcomes will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances without prior notice.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and hd4 ("hd4", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the hd4 platform accessible at hd4.club and through any associated mobile applications. By creating an account or placing any bet, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use hd4.
1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the hd4 platform, including its website at hd4.club and any Android application made available by hd4. By accessing hd4, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or casino bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 hd4 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective upon publication at hd4.club/terms-conditions. Continued use of hd4 following notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.3 If you are accessing hd4 on behalf of another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person to these Terms, and references to "you" include that person.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register and use hd4. hd4 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. hd4 may at any time request age verification documentation and may suspend accounts pending verification.
2.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using hd4 is lawful in your jurisdiction, including your specific province or city within Pakistan. hd4 does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available to you. You assume all legal risk associated with accessing hd4 from your location.
2.3 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use hd4:
3.1 To access hd4 betting and casino services, you must register a personal account using your valid Pakistani mobile number. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain its accuracy thereafter.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active hd4 account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. hd4 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances pending fraud investigation.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hd4 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes. You must notify hd4 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hd4 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. hd4 is required to verify player identities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. You must submit valid CNIC documentation when requested. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. hd4 may request additional documentation including proof of address and payment method verification at any time.
3.5 hd4 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it determines that the account has been used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.
4.1 Permitted Payment Methods. hd4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. hd4 may add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
4.2 Currency. All hd4 account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hd4 does not apply currency conversion charges for PKR transactions.
4.3 Minimum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts apply as displayed within your hd4 account at the time of deposit. hd4 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits with notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) withdrawal being made to a payment method in your own name matching your hd4 KYC records. hd4 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. hd4 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section. hd4 is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or regulatory holds.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. hd4 may apply a dormancy administration fee in accordance with its published dormant account policy. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
5.1 All bets placed on hd4 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market or game in question. Game-specific and market-specific rules are accessible within the relevant section of the hd4 platform and form part of these Terms.
5.2 Void Bets. hd4 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, technical malfunctions affecting odds or results, event cancellation, or where hd4 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the relevant bet.
5.3 Live Betting. In-play betting markets close and update rapidly. hd4 accepts no responsibility for bets placed after a relevant event outcome is determined, regardless of whether the market was still visually displayed as open due to data latency.
5.4 Casino Games. All hd4 Casino RNG games use certified random number generation. Live casino games are conducted by third-party studio providers. Results are final once confirmed by the game system.
5.5 Technical Interruptions. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or active bet, hd4 will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical interruption policy. Any result recorded by hd4's servers at the time of interruption will stand as the authoritative record.
6.1 hd4 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits to players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, time limits, and eligible games. Bonus terms form part of these Terms.
6.2 hd4 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time where it determines that abuse has occurred or where continuation is not operationally feasible. Bonus funds obtained through misrepresentation or account manipulation will be forfeited.
6.3 Players may not use bonus funds to circumvent deposit requirements or to artificially inflate turnover for the purpose of meeting wagering requirements through low-risk or excluded bet types. hd4 may void bonuses and associated winnings where such conduct is identified.

hd4 reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts and withhold balances pending investigation upon identification of any prohibited conduct. hd4 may report suspected criminal conduct to relevant authorities.
8.1 All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, game mechanics, and material on hd4 are the intellectual property of hd4 or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access hd4 for personal, non-commercial use only.
8.2 You must not copy, distribute, modify, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any hd4 content without prior written consent from hd4.
9.1 hd4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at hd4.club/privacy-policy. By registering on hd4, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 hd4 may share personal data with third parties including payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law or where necessary for the provision of services.
10.1 hd4 is committed to responsible gaming. hd4 provides the following tools accessible from within your account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and permanent or temporary self-exclusion.

11.2 hd4 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits or opportunity; (c) losses arising from your reliance on information on the platform; (d) losses arising from technical failures, including service interruptions, data loss, or third-party system failures outside hd4's reasonable control.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits hd4's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12.1 hd4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered mobile number or by prominent notice on the hd4 platform. Continued use of hd4 after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using hd4 and request account closure.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of hd4 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, hd4 encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek resolution before pursuing formal channels.
13.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the hd4 internal complaints process, the parties may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels as determined by applicable law in the relevant jurisdiction.
